Responsibilities

• Provide safe environment for guests, team, and bands.
• Check IDs, follow TABC/RAS policies, and de-escalate any dust-ups.
• Patrol venue, stage, patio, and games; use radio for comms.
• Handle entry/exit, crowd control during live shows.
• Assist with closing, ensurin’ everyone gets out safe.
• Pitch in as team player and train new guards.

Qualifications

• TABC Certification required.
• 1+ years security in bars/venues (Level 2/3 cert a plus).
• Calm, professional, and able to handle high-energy nights.
• Basic computer skills for schedulin’.
• Prompt, in uniform, polished appearance.
• Committed to prevention and positive vibes.
