Orchestrate the front-of-house chaos into harmonious stompin’ success!

Responsibilities

• Supervise servers, hosts, and bussers during shifts.
• Ensure seamless guest flow, accurate wait times, and rockstar service.
• Handle reservations, seating, and special events/band nights.
• Train staff, run pre-shifts, and motivate for peak performance.
• Maintain venue cleanliness, safety, and vibe.
• Jump in to serve, bus, or host as needed.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers Permit and TABC Certification required.
• 1+ years in FOH management, live venue experience a plus.
• Ability to manage teams in high-volume, entertainment-driven spots.
• Positive leader who coaches and follows up.
• Flexible for nights, weekends, and 45-55 hours/week.
• Committed to guest and team triumphs.
